By sourcing only the best quality ingredients from all over japan, I, Kyohei Takami, an okaki artisan, bring to you the most exclusive hand-made okaki that is brought to life over 7 days of ultimate craftsmanship.
Using Hiyokumochi rice from Kumamoto, salt from Ishigaki island and Hokkaido Soya mixed with the purest water from mount Seppiko, each okaki is made by hand, one at a time.
The utmost quality has been recognised by those who search for the ultimate products and we are pleased to announce that we have been selected to showcase our okaki at Ginza’s largest shopping complex, Tokyu plaza Ginza, due to open on 31 March 2016.
